Terms and Conditions


Custom Pin Shop will always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your expectations, but it’s important to have things written down so that we both know what’s what, who should do what and when, and what will happen if something goes wrong.  In this contract you won’t find any complicated legal terms or long passages of unreadable text.  We’ve no desire to trick you into signing something that you might later regret.  What we do want is what’s best for both parties, now and in the future.


First, you guarantee that all elements of text, images or other artwork you provide are either owned by your good selves, or that you’ve permission to use them.  Custom Pin Shop will not be held liable for any copyright violations.  We love to show off our work and share what we’ve learned with other people, so we reserve the right, with your permission, to display and link to your project as part of our portfolio and to write about it on websites, in magazine articles and in books.


Design Approval:
Every order will have a design proof created by Custom Pin Shop's art department based on your design request.  Every effort will be made to create an accurate interpretation and vision of what the actual product will look like once produced.  The artist rendering is created for your approval before production of the product.  When viewing your design proof, remember, every monitor is different and can show colors very differently.   We use Pantone Color Matching System to best communicate shades of colors across different mediums consistently.  Please reference an official Pantone Color Book if you need to confirm an exact color.  It is your responsibility to thoroughly double check artwork carefully for any errors.  If you need any changes to your design, you must request them before you approve your order for production.   After order has been approved by you and your payment has been processed, we will proceed with production of your custom design.  Due to the custom nature of these products, once an order has been approved to be produced, your order cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason.


Due to the custom nature of our products, your order invoice payment must clear before we can begin manufacturing your order.


Final Approval:
To proceed with production of you order, Custom Pin Shop requires three things: 

1. Your approval of the design either verbally over the phone or written through email.
2. Your order invoice must be paid and payment cleared.
3. You agreement to the terms and conditions listed above.
